As we previously informed you in the Press Release on 24 August 2011, the transmission lines between the Czech Republic and Slovakia acquired, up to the expectations, usual values on the trading day of 29 August 2011. Due to the fact that this has not resulted in decrease of transmission requests in the direction from CZ to SK (so called free nominations in D-2), which continue to substantially overpass usual values, we inform you that ČEPS and SEPS will apply, beginning the trading day of 7 September 2011 and later on, curtailment in accordance with the concerned Agreement down to 0 MW for all Parties. Let us remark that all available transmission capacity will be offered in these cases on the common daily electricity market.
