Announcement of initiation of production service of intraday schedules registration

We would like to inform you that on November 19, 2008 the production service of intraday schedules registration will initiate for the business day of November 20, 2008. Intraday registration will work according to the rules stated in Appendix 2 of the Operational Code of the transmission system operator SEPS, a.s. It is necessary to send intraday schedules to the e-mail address diagramy@sepsas.sk
Schedules will be registered in six four-hours time frames that will be opened at 6 p.m. on the previous day. Closure of schedules acceptance will be one hour before the beginning of related time frame. Confirmation of changes during the time frame will be half an hour before its beginning.

Intraday registration requires at least the use of ETSO ESS standard, version 3 release 0
(http://www.etso-net.org/activities/edi/_library/index.asp). The use of following attributes in schedule message is needed:

ProcessType – A02 (Intra Day)

Domain – SEPS

SubjectParty – sender’s EIC

SenderRole – A08

MatchingPeriod – the period of schedule changes (time period from the beginning of open time frame up to the end of the business day, in UTC).

Support of the ETSO ESS standard version 2 release 3 continues for the day ahead schedules registration.

Planned service break of the scheduling system will be on Tuesdays. During the planned service break the closure of schedules acceptance of the time frame number 6 will be at 4:30 p.m. Confirmation of changes will be at 5 p.m. by TSO. The intraday schedules registration will start at 8 p.m. for all time frames of the next business day after the service break.

Parallel test service of the intraday schedules registration will work until the end of the year 2008. The test service will be available on request of subject of settlement on working days. Request has to be sent at least in advance of one working day. Request includes subject name, contact e-mail address for system messages (ACK, AR, CR) and required business day for intraday schedules registration. E-mail address intraday_diagramy@sepsas.sk is used for the test service.
