Starting from 20th May 2019, ENTSO-E launched a public consultation procedure
regarding the review of Harmonised Allocation Rules in accordance with Article
68(5) of these rules. Together with the Harmonised Allocation Rules main body all
annexes which propose amendments will be consulted.
This consultation is based on Article 6 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719
(FCA Regulation).

The public consultation shall last for the period of one month (until 20th June
2019).
